Ingredients

  • peach, sliced
  • prosciutto, 2-4 slices
  • burrata, 1 small ball
  • sourdough bread, slice
  • olive oil, about 2 Tbsp
  • salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • balsamic glaze, drizzle
  • honey, drizzle

Directions

  1. In a heated grilled (or regular) pan on medium-low to medium heat, pour in half (1 Tbsp) of olive oil.
  2. Add slice of sourdough in pan. Brown both sides (if a little charred, even better in my opinion). Season second side with salt and pepper. Transfer to plate.
  3. Lay prosciutto on top of bread.
  4. In the same pan, add rest (1/2 – 1 Tbsp) of oil over medium-low heat. Place peaches in. Cook first side until grill marks form or cook for 1-2 minutes, softened but still have a bite. Flip and repeat. Turn heat off and lay peaches over prosciutto.
  5. Tear burrata in half and place on top of peaches.
  6. Drizzle balsamic glaze and honey and season with freshly ground pepper.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
